Claims
If you have a product that you want to file a complaint about, we ask you to first contact the place of purchase. As a retailer or distributor, you can file a complaint about your product using the form below.
After we have received the complaint, you will receive a case number and more information about the handling of your case.
For the product to be covered by warranty, the following applies:
- Purchased within 12 months.
- Purchase documentation for the product.
- Alternatively, the product is covered by a valid *extended warranty.
- The product is within 60 months or 5,000 hours, whichever comes first.
- Annual warranty service has been performed by an authorized service partner to Sundström Safety.
*To extend the warranty, the following criteria must be met.

The product has been used, stored, cleaned, and maintained according to Sundström Safety AB’s instructions and recommendations.
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if the above guidelines are not followed.
Repair Product
As part of our sustainability efforts, we repair products for a fee if they are out of warranty. Repairing a product is often a cheaper option than buying a new one. In doing so, you also contribute positively to the environment by reducing resource consumption and the waste from a finished product.
